Yoga & Pilates
Hatha yoga is an ancient discipline of movement designed to free energy blockages in your body and create flexibility, strength and well-being.
I have practiced yoga for over 20 years, studying with renowned teachers internationally. I offer yoga for all body types, including dynamic vinyasa, traditional hatha, restorative, prenatal and mum and baby. I also offer meditation and yoga nidra.
My approach to movement is to find the joy and pleasure of moving and breathing, waking up our bodies and the natural pleasure of being alive and in our most optimal health, whilst also building strength and stamina.

Pilates classes are designed to teach you more about your body and how to use it optimally, especially the spine. Classes will help you build strength and understanding of your movement and body.
