Yoga & Pilates
Hatha yoga is an ancient discipline of movement designed to free energy blockages in your body and create flexibility, strength, and well-being.
I have practiced yoga for over 20 years, studying with renowned teachers internationally. I offer yoga for all body types, including dynamic vinyasa, traditional hatha, restorative, prenatal and postnatal yoga. I also offer meditation and yoga nidra, a practice for achieving deep levels of relaxation.
I am also a Pilates teacher, trained with Body Control Pilates. My approach to movement is to find the joy and pleasure of moving and breathing and living easefully in our bodies.
